Minutes of the Extraordinary Keelby Parish Council Meeting
Held in the Sports Pavilion on Tuesday 20th October 2022
Those Present : Councillors S Knight, (Chair), T Wright (Vice Chair), P Wilks, R Dannatt, K Stark Clerk J Milson.
1. Apologies

2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or on-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of interest Ref 22/165 - none
3. Purchase of benches Ref 22/166
Cllr S Knight reported that the grant of £2819.04 had been received from West Lindsey District Council which had been earmarked for the purchase of benches. New benches are required at North End, The Cemetery, Cenotaph, and in the vicinity of the shops.
Cllr R Dannatt showed examples of benches. Cllr R Dannatt proposed that a metal lest we forget bench be purchased to be sited facing the cenotaph. This was seconded by Cllr P Wilks. All in favour. Cllr R Dannatt to purchase this bench off eBay and then claim a reimbursement.
Cllr T Wright proposed that 3 sturdy metal benches were also purchased for the cemetery, North End, and on the corner of Victoria Road and Manor Street near the shops. This was seconded by Cllr P Wilks. All in favour.
